This Sumatra coffee is both unique and bold. The taste experience is reminiscent of marzipan, cherry, cocoa, and berries. The marzipan brings a distinct almond-like sweetness, while the cherry adds a tangy and fruity note. This coffee comes from the Pegasing district in Takengon, located in Sumatra's coffee-famous Aceh region. The mill serves several small coffee producers from the Pantan Musara villages. These producers have faced significant challenges in the past, including displacement due to a natural disaster. However, they have rebuilt their lives and farms, focusing on coffee production. This coffee represents their resilience and dedication to their craft.
