Brazil Bella Vista Mantiqueira is a remarkable coffee from Fazenda Bela Vista in Mantiqueira, Brazil, produced by lifelong coffee grower Ademir Francisco Pereira. The Pereira family's coffee-growing journey began in 1994 when Ademir's parents planted their first coffee plot. Ademir, born and raised on the farm, shifted his focus to specialty coffee production in 2010. This transition to high-quality processing has significantly improved both the quality of their coffee and the family's livelihood.

Ademir and his family meticulously harvest the coffee cherries and lay them to dry on raised beds, raking them frequently to ensure even drying. This careful post-harvest processing results in a delicious coffee with green apple acidity, peach flavours, and a caramel sweetness that lingers in the finish.
