Tanzania APK Estate

Located in the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, the APK Estate in Tanzania comprises four individual farms. Founded by Colombian coffee producer Alejandro Galante, APK is uniquely Tanzanian with a Colombian feel. The 300 full-time farmers and 5,000 casual workers pick selectively and use controlled fermentation and mechanical drying. This cultivates a coffee with a multi-faceted flavour profile with an above-average level of acidity, body and sweetness. A beautiful blend of orange, brown sugar and black tea creates an expressive light roast.
